Anna Silk
Anna Silk, born January 31st 1974 in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, is a Canadian actress famous for her character Bo on the Showcase show Lost Girl. Silk is an actor from Canada born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Ilkay who is producer and director of drama of drama and production at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. The father of Silk, Peter, was an academic. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall her earliest memories of life, including attending rehearsals and watching of shows. Silk was featured in a variety of commercials as a young child. She graduated from St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas staged two plays in the early years: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk relocated to Toronto to pursue her acting career in the month of November 1999. She then, over the decade that followed, she relocated in the following decade to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 when they met during an Actorsworkshop held located in Los Angeles. After getting engaged in 2008, they got married in 2009. The couple renewed their vows on April 10th, 2011 in Fredericton following the time that Silk changed her religion to Judaism. Silk had the son Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron is her second baby boy, who was born on the 13th May, 2016. Silk's TV work includes the role of Cassidy Holland in Being Erica and she won an Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. In 2009, she got the lead role as Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant while filming of the third season finale episode. She announced the pregnancy to fans of the series during a Showcase pre-show Season Three special on January 6 2013. Silk revealed via Twitter, on the 20th of June, 2013 that production had begun on Season 4. In June of 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the beginning of production for Season 4, which will air in the fourth season.
