Holly was engaged three times. She was the wife of Danny Quinn, an actor. After two years of marriage and divorce in 1993, they divorced. Jim Carrey met her in 1994 at his Ace Ventura Pet Detective auditions. The actor did not offer her the role, however they developed a friendship as they worked together on the production of Dumb and Dumber. The couple got married in. Alaina was born on the 8th November 1994, to Kristy and J. J. Suddeth of Rossville, Georgia. The place she was born was Rossville, Georgia. Her father works as an Chattanooga process technician. Her first public performance in a children's choir as well as at a karaoke venue on an annual family vacation. In addition to singing in the church and restaurants as well, she sang at family reunions, holiday parties and anywhere outside of a 30 mile distance. Alaina aged 8 won at the age of 8 Southern Stars Pageant Talent Competition. In the following year, she won the contest for talent of children at Chattanooga's Riverbend Festival. She performed there until she was 12 years old, when she won a competition which allowed her the opportunity to appear at the stage of the Riverbend Festival. At the age of 10 years old, she went to Orlando to compete at the American Model and Talent Competition. She defeated hundreds of children in winning the contest. Alaina sang in the Georgia Country Gospel Music Association's children's chorus. Her first visit to Nashville was at the age of 12 years old. She performed in Tootsie's Bar, which is a bar in the area on Broadway. Alaina was the winner in 2009 of Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park's WinniSTAR young talent competition. Alaina got her inspiration to sing from Holly Witherow. Holly was suffering with a brain tumour. Alaina was a Pizza Hut employee prior to joining Idol.
